Our first project is to help the flow of the original AuSable River System. We are addressing the many problems, health concerns and increased insect population that arise with a standing water way.

5 years ago there used to be a beautiful river & ecosystem for all the otters, beavers & all the creatures fish & other aquatic life... All reduced to inches .... So much habitat wasted.

Despite all the snow and rain the water has dropped more than a foot in the last five days.

Been raining all day & the water is still going down. It's down at least 5 inches from the other day. 😥

Water is up for the first time in a long long time. A big guy was swimming today. I haven't seen one in over a year. How long before it goes down and we have to watch them suffer all over again. I hope it lasts for a while 🙏

No Otters, no beavers, no ducks, no fish.... This is the lowest it's been. So so sad. So much lost habitat..
