Attention Livestock Auction Exhibitors:
I will start writing Auction checks on Thursday, July 30, from 4pm to 5:30pm, in the boardroom at the Clarke County Fairgrounds.
Please be patient as I will be writing checks as you arrive. If you are planning on coming, let me know ahead of time and I can have your checks printed. But I will need to know by 3pm Thursday to give me time to print the checks.
Next time for pick-up will be Monday, August 3rd, from 4:30 to 6pm. If you need to make arrangements to pick up your check, PM this page or text Paula.
The plan for Premium checks is to have them ready to go by the end of August. I will post on here when the checks are ready for pick-up.

Mark your calendars!

The 2027 Clarke County Fair is officially set for July 12–18, 2027! We can’t wait to welcome everyone back for another week of livestock shows, exhibits, entertainment, great food, and memories made with family and friends.
