Next Saturday is our annual Chili Cookoff at Rivers Crossing Life Center on Business 13 in Osceola. We invite everyone to attend.

The entry fee for a pot of Chili is $20. Members of the public may pay $5 to sample and vote on the chili entries. They'll also receive a serving of dessert. Half the Chili entry fees will be paid out for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes, as voted by the public. The rest of the funds go to the Heroes 4H Club, which is helping with this event. Uncut desserts will also be for sale, with those funds going to the Rivers Crossing home-delivered meals program.
