First Security staff in Riceville are once again hosting a giving tree/secret Santa event to benefit the residents at Riceville Family Care and Therapy Center! If you're in the Riceville area and would like to participate, stop in and just follow these instructions:

Pick a gift tag from the wall. The tag will indicate whether the gift is for a man or woman and some ideas for a gift. Wrap the gift and return it to the bank along with the gift tag by Monday, December 15th. Riceville Family Care and Therapy Center will then hold their secret Santa event on December 19th!

We are looking for a few volunteers to make a dozen treats for after our tree lighting this coming Friday night. Examples: cookies, cupcakes, bars.

⚠️ We have received several calls from residents in Mitchell County stating they are getting phone calls or voice mails from an individual by the name of Russ Gully and he claims he is from the Mitchell County Sheriff's Office and also mentions Sheriff Beaver's name. He is claiming there is a warrant for your arrest. This is a scam!! The number that is being used has been 1-800-918-4192.

Please do not give them any of your personal information. If you have any questions or concerns, please call our office at 641-732-4740.
