Update 😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻We have had overwhelming response to this post. We think all of these cats will have a home, However, if you want cats, go ahead a reach out because there are always kittens/cats in need. 😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻We are searching for a good home that needs kitties and or indoor outdoor cats. These cats are in Lyndon and dangerously close to a busy highway. The caretaker of these beauties unfortunately passed away. Some cats were let out of the house after the ladies passing. The calico is very friendly, she was probably indoors. Thankfully a kind person has been feeding them. but will be moving in a few months. So this colony needs to be moved as soon as possible. If you want rodent control, live on a farm, or just love cats…. Please give us a call or text. There are 13 orphans who need a home. Contact us even if you just want 2-3, 5 whatever number you are looking for. We will only bring you fixed vaccinated cats. Must be willing to feed and provide shelter. We have acclimation supplies. Happily provided to you through the acclimation period.

Swirly is ready to be your best girl. You will fall in love…It will only take about 5 minutes. She is a little zoomy girl that is also packed full of fun. Great for a multicat home. She’s fixed vaccinated and a smart little love. Hip with her tip, and would absolutely adore a human or cat playmate. Sharon has taught this smart girl well. Osage City: This cat has been eating at our colony. She is shy and isn’t here all the time. But we call her Kiki because she looks a lot like a cat that was lost last spring named Kiki. We tried to contact the owner but we don’t know if she saw it because she never responded to the message. We think this cat is lost. If you recognize her please let the owner know. Or let us know who to contact.

With very heavy heart we have to tell you David did not make it past surgery. He had the best team, the best chance, and he made it to the very end of a very complicated surgery. We thank them. He took a few big breaths of air all on his own and then that sweet souls heart stopped and CPR could not revive him. This was a traumatic injury, that is confirmed. The whole team went above and beyond. He was handled with love and care only. He will stay in our hearts and we hope you are finally playing in those fields little one.

Osage City Area Community Foundation and Osage Friends for Felines helped Callie get her eye injury addressed at the Vet. Without their help, Callie may have lost her eye. She’s home recovering and probably resenting the cone she has to wear for a few days.

Well the news isn’t good for little David. His Goliath is a Diaphragmatic Hernia. He has smaller space for his lungs and stomach. But there are ways to help him. Keeping his head raised for one. That’s why the breathing would seem better lots of the time but we couldn’t get him to eat very much at a time. He needs to eat and sleep with his head raised ( he seemed to naturally do that). The Dr thought he seemed better too this week somewhat stronger, but his life will be shorter. And any hope for surgery lies with a specialist like KState although at his size he doesn’t know as it’s been attempted yet. We will call. He may have fallen or was thrown from a car causing the tear. He could have been born with it. Dr Hanks gave us some ways to help him with breathing and eating. And we will keep him as long as he needs us. Dr doesn’t think he’s in pain. We will also contact specialists and see what age & weight they will attempt. Meanwhile we just need to give him as comfortable of a life as we can. And we will.
