From the bottom of our roots to the top of our castle, we are so appreciative of the many volunteers and members who made our float a huge and fun success! 🫛

We are beyond blessed by the community we are growing in, and the welcoming words of our community truly made us feel blessed and appreciated while walking down the strip!

Here’s to growing the legacy at the lake, one plant, one person, and one float at a time! Happy homecoming and let’s go Osage!

Area 8 Greenhand Conference 🟩✋

Last Wednesday, 8 of our members took time out of their busy schedules and traveled to Eldon for the Area 8 Greenhand Conference! At this conference, our students were able to connect with over 15 other schools in our area, learn about new opportunities in FFA, and even get to see our very own Area 8 Secretary, Madison Cole, lead an incredible workshop on SAEs! After the conference, our students had some delicious ice cream at Cree-Mee and enjoyed the camaraderie that our organization offers.

We are very appreciative of the Missouri FFA Foundation for this opportunity to grow our students in the area of agricultural mechanics, design, and fabrication! We can’t wait to get our new equipment in!

Congratulations to our Horizon and Rising Sun Grant recipients! 🌟

The Missouri FFA Foundation is proud to support these students as they continue pursuing their education and investing in their futures. We are excited to celebrate the recipients from Salem, School of the Osage, Carrollton Area Career Center, Carthage, and Cassville!

We are proud to invest in the next generation of agricultural leaders. 💙💛

“Without labor, neither knowledge nor wisdom can accomplish much”

These aren’t only words that ring true during our FFA Opening Ceremonies, but also our very own classroom learning! After a long week of delivering mums to local businesses and exploring soil structure in the classroom, our plant science students went out and planted mums in front of the upper elementary! While digging into the landscape, our members discussed soil concepts and connected the classroom to the real world, all while serving our campus!🌱

This past Monday, Max Davis and George Perry attended our first 🍎Ag Ed on The Move Training🍎 to learn and work through some amazing curriculum that will be used to help educate elementary students about the importance of agriculture in the after-school enrichment program! We look forward to implementing this curriculum soon and encouraging our youngest generations to become advocates of agriculture 👨‍🏫👩‍🏫
