Elks Lodge 2517 Lake of the Ozarks We are a benevolent organization that believes in God. We continually teach about the principles of We have had a wonderful influx of new members this year.

If you would like more information on what we are about, our activities etc. you can send a pm to me and I will get back to you. To become an Elk you have to have a proposer, which any member can do,. You then need two other members to confer everything, which the sponsor would get. It takes $25 to go through the registration process. After a screening is done then you would go through an initiation which is an introduction and swearing in.

This past weekend at the Lodge Lana Hughes from Kimberling City Lodge 2505 won the 2 baskets full of goodies and 2 door hanger wreaths that were being raffled during the Covention. Lana was in the Social Quarters when the announcement was made and she was really excited when her name was announced.
Congratulations Lana, we really enjoyed your company this past weekend.

Whenever we have applicants that can't attend an Initiation on our normal Tuesday evening we will schedule an Initiation on a Saturday. This past Saturday, June 6, we welcomed 4 new members into our Lodge.
Thanks to all our Officers, Proposers and members that took time out of their Saturday to attend this special Happening.
