Furever Home Rescue

Furever Home Rescue A small home based animal sanctuary located in Schuylkill County, PA. We have been rescuing dogs for over 17 years. They are a part of our family.

In 2017, we decided to officially name our rescue sanctuary and take our mission to the next level: providing a safe haven for shelter dogs, homeless dogs, and owner surrenders. These special souls come here and live in our home. We are blessed to be able to continue our dream of providing a safe place where they can live out their days with a warm bed, a full belly, and an over abundance of love.

UPDATE: we just now got home from the ER vet. Lindsey has Chylothorax. She was sedated so the fluid around her lungs could be removed and sent to pathology.
She is home and resting but ER vets say she could relapse. She is resting comfortably now in her little bed. It’s been a long day and we are exhausted so continued prayers are much appreciated.

Prayers please for Lindsey, our sweet pug. We are on the way to the ER

When we started this rescue so many years ago it was just my husband and I. It still is. Here is to the man out shoveling paths and walkways for our dogs … all day, in freezing temps without a complaint.
Picture looks grainy because is was taken through our kitchen window.
