Attention homeowners!! Reminder that our second attempt at an annual meeting will be taking place next Friday, March 4 at 7 pm in the multi purpose room at the library. We need to have a turn out of at least 35 lots for any new business to be taken care of. Nothing was accomplished at our first attempt of this in December because only 19 homes were represented. If you are not able to attend please send a neighbor with a proxy. If you need another proxy to fill out, see any of the board members and we can get you a copy.

Orting/Graham area-planned power outage
December 2, 2015
Dear PSE Customer,
Puget Sound Energy has been working to add a new distribution circuit to serve customers in the
Orting/Graham area. This work will allow PSE to operate the system with more flexibility, ultimately improving
your electric service reliability. We are committed to completing the work safely and efficiently, and our crews
will do their best to reduce impacts to nearby neighbors. However, you will experience a temporary,
planned power outage on December 14 so crews can safely complete the project.
Outage Information:
When: Monday, December 14
Where: Orting and Graham areas (see map on reverse)
Duration: Approximately 8 hours
Time: Between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Good evening Hidden Lakes residents,

A few months ago we were asked to participate in a preparedness survey from the Pierce County Department of Emergency Management. Since that time surveyors have pounded the pavement, knocking on doors and collecting the information they needed. A few residents asked to be reminded to take that survey online. Now is your reminder, the survey time frame is coming to an end and it's time for them to compile all of their information. We have been asked to support Pierce County, Orting Valley Fire and Rescue as well as the City of Orting to support Pierce County in a preparedness survey. They want to evaluate their education efforts in the community and hope to do follow up outreach based on the survey. We want to be prepared!
The plan is to go door to door with a survey, this will be done by Pierce County employees and members of Orting Valley Fire and Rescue. They will request an adult member of each household to fill out a survey at the time of the visit. (Between 6PM - 8 PM Monday through Thursday June 22-25 and June 29-July 2.)
We ask that you support this effort, which will also kick off some outreach to our HOA on emergency preparedness- prepare because we have those for whom we care!
There will also be an online survey option, located at this link: http://piercecounty.surveyshare.com/s/AYAGEAA
If you prefer to do the online survey, please give the survey team your email and text number so we can update our database (Yes we will remind you to take the survey), it will not go outside of the HOA leadership. We ask that the survey be taken before the 4th of July.
On the 4th of July we will have our first opportunity to get better prepared. In December Pierce County will do a post survey after they do several outreach efforts to our community, to find out if people are better prepared than now.
