The 12U tournament kicks off this weekend, and we're proud to support this outstanding community event as a tournament sponsor. For years, Orrville Community Theater has been enriching our community through the magic of live performance. From Christmas productions, children's, teen workshops and even murder mysteries, they create opportunities for people of all ages to discover, develop, and share their love of theater.

As a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment both on and off the stage, their mission is simple but powerful: to keep LIVE theater ALIVE!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our latest Chamber Business Series session last week featuring Jay Dunkle!

Attendees explored how businesses of any size can create memorable customer experiences by intentionally designing the moments that matter most. Jay shared practical strategies for identifying points of friction, creating moments of flow, and building stronger relationships with customers, employees, and partners.

Through engaging discussion and interactive exercises, participants learned that exceptional customer experiences aren't driven by large marketing budgets, they're built through thoughtful planning, attention to detail, and understanding how people feel throughout their journey with your organization.

A special thank you to Jay Dunkle from My Default Career for sharing his expertise, insights, and passion for helping businesses become destinations rather than simply stops along the way. We appreciate his time and the valuable tools he provided to help our members strengthen customer loyalty and create meaningful experiences.
