Today we honored Dell Mallan, a fellow member of Toastmasters International, at his celebration of life. Dell tragically lost his life on April 5, 2026, in a house fire. He was remembered by many as a selfless man who always considered the needs of others before his own. Dell was a light to all he came in contact with, leaving each person enriched by knowing him.

As a member of our Oroville Toastmasters club, Dell greatly blessed our group with his wisdom, encouragement, and kind spirit. Dell will always hold a special place in our hearts.
