**FALL TRAIL RIDE - ELK RIVER*
September 4-6
Hello everyone. Here is some preliminary info for the trail ride/fall meeting over Labor Day weekend. Please let me know if you have any questions.
FOOD:
Breakfast and Dinner will be provided on Saturday. For other meals, Tom's Tavern and the Log Inn both have food. We have a small store for any forgotten items or some grocery items as well as their famous Huckleberry soft ice cream. Elkspresso Coffee store has breakfast items, coffee and ice cream. Please send a head count to me as soon as possible for breakfast and dinner on Saturday.
CAMPING:
Dry camping for campers and tents will be provided at our old baseball field. We will need to know a count ASAP to make sure we have room for everyone. If it rains, we will need to secure an alternate spot so we don't ruin their grass. For those wanting more privacy, you can go to elkriverrecreation.com to reserve spots around the lake or there are several "first come..." spots on USFS land.
