Our sweet Lucas has finally been adopted. It took a while but he's with a wonderful family. His new mom says "our family is now complete. Two sons, two dogs and Lucas." The boys love him and the two dogs and Lucas get along really well."

Today, LOVAR would like to thank three very special people. Charlene, a new resident of SaddleBrooke (she's also a volunteer with Barb's Rescue in Mexico) and Brigitte and Tom also from SaddleBrooke, for their generosity and their love for animals. Bridgitte and Tom adopted a 13 yr old dog from us about 5 months ago. Since that adoption, they have donated quite a bit of dog and cat food to our rescue. Charlene, walked into PetCo today and asked our Director to fill up the cart (numerous times) with food and pet supplies. Our hearts go out to these three most generous people.
The photos below are Charlene with one of our Directors and Bridgitte and Tom with their three dogs. Thank you again, for your generosity.
