Monday's annual Chili Cookoff was very well-attended and a great time! We had nine contestants vying for the title this year and all brought the flavor and their own unique twist to the competition. Congrats to our winners: First place went to Kim Carlile; second place went to Mark Blue, up from last year's third place win and new resident James Mincello took this year's third place win. Well done!

A big thank you to our other competitors: To Kelly New, Dave Levesque, Barbara Bridges, Jayne Grigg, George Schofield and Patty & Del Fot for cooking up so many tasty, comforting options to share and sample, and to everyone that gave of their time to help out before, during and after the event. We appreciate you all, so much. And our thanks to everyone that came out to join us, vote for their favorites and help us pick the winners!

A reminder to those signed up to join us... Tomorrow (Wednesday, February 25th,) our monthly GAME NIGHT WITH FREE PIZZA PARTY IS HAPPENING AT 5 PM! PLEASE NOTE THE START TIME. We'll. Have pizza at/shortly after 5pm with fun and games after dinner.

A few reminders and deadlines:

1. Today (Thursday, February 19th) is the deadline to stop by the office to prepay/register for next week's Sourdough Focaccia class with Laurie starting Monday, 2/23 at 3pm. Only one spot remaining!

2. Tomorrow is the deadline to stop by the office to prepay to join the trip to the Victory Casino Cruise happening next Friday, February 27th.

3. Tomorrow is also the deadline to sign up for the first Ladies' Monthly Lunch Meetup taking place Monday, February 23rd. We are heading to Margarita Island for some delicious Mexican food, with optional carpool from the clubhouse parking lot at 11:30 am. We have almost thirty signed up and we're looking forward to a great afternoon of food and banter!
