Today marks three years since Daytona Beach Police Department Officer Raynor’s End of Watch. We believe the justice system let his killer off easy, but we will not let him down. It’s our responsibility to carry his legacy with us, and we promise to do so. So many deputies and officers carry the weight of a lost friend, and Jason’s is one of the heaviest on our hearts today, and so many other days.
