✨ Community showing up for community ✨
This week Social Seeds received an incredibly generous $1,000 donation from Local Souls, thanks to the kindness of Chrissie and Brenda, who work hard to raise money for local programs in our community.
They create license plates, decals, and other handmade items that they sell at local farmers markets and every dollar they raise goes right back into supporting small local initiatives like ours.
When Sara and I started Social Seeds last September, our goal was simple: create a space where families could connect, kids could play, and communication could grow in community.
We intentionally kept the cost low because we know finances can be a barrier for many families. Because of this generous gift, we’re excited to share that Social Seeds can now offer a sliding scale for the foreseeable future so more families can participate.
If your family is able to contribute toward materials and resources, you’re welcome to do so. And if not, this donation helps ensure everyone can still participate.
Thank you Chrissie and Brenda for believing in what we’re building and supporting families in our community💛🌱
