Orleans Fire & Rescue

Orleans Fire & Rescue Orleans, Nebraska built its first Fire Dept building to house the fire hose cart on Nov 11, 1895. We cover 125 sq miles of Harlan County, plus mutual aide.

We consist presently of 25 members, among those are 7 EMT's & 4 Rope Rescue members.

We want to thank all of you that have donated so far if you would like to donate, we would like to have all donations turned in before 5 pm Friday so we can show our donors on a sign At Applefest. The donations are greatly appreciated. Donations can be dropped off at Harlan County Meat Processors or to an Orleans Fireman

Come out and support the Orleans Rural Fire Dept Saturday October 4th. Donation meal at the Green Building South of the Library.
8-10a.m Pancakes and Sausages and from 11-2pm or sold out we will be serving Hamburgers, Brisket, Hot Dog Meals with beans and chips and a Drink.
If you would like to Donate and be a Sponsor of our meal, contact one of Orleans Firemen or text 308-856-9807 before Friday, we will Show Case your Name or Business at the Stand.
This will help us Raise the Funds for our Flagpole and Sign at the new fire station.

Apple Fest Attendees / Harvest Crews, Locals, Vendors
Come out and support the Local Orleans Rural Fire Department Donation Feed on October 4th from 8 to 2 or we run out of food.

(LOCATION CHANGE: WE WILL BE IN THE Green CHAMBER HAMBURGER STAND SOUTH OF THE LIBRARY IN THE PARK).

We will Be Serving from 8-10 Pancakes and Sausage 11-2 noon meal starts.
Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers,1/4 , Brisket, Sandwiches and Smoked BBQ Beans, Chips and Drink.
All proceeds will help with Flagpole and Signage for our New Fire Station.
