Our Mission is to meaningfully touch the hearts and minds of one billion people by building wealth into their lives, the communities where they work and live, and ultimately our world through the power of knowledge, technology, and collaboration. Our Vision is a world without opportunity deserts and creating a renaissance of abundance in the lives and communities of those who are most in need and
those with the creative vision and means to help them, while being able to meaningfully measure those results. Our Story begins in 2014, with the vision of co-founders Julianna Ormond & RC Williams to align the interests of communities, donors, businesses, and non-profits through technology as well as providing resources to young creatives allowing them to wrap a business around their ideas to protect them and to build generational wealth. That vision grew into The Give Foundation, which now supports initiatives and organizations to align the interests of the community, business, investors, and government by providing valuable resources, data, and accountability to the process. In 2019, our co-founders heard the call for a space where like-minded organizations and individuals could come together to connect, create, and crowd source solutions to problems, and help the community with their relationships and expertise. One week after signing the lease on The Lab space, the entire world shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Through this adversity, The Give Foundation came to truly understand the need for not only the Parramore community, but others like it. The Lab Orlando is a community and business resource center for training, education, and growth, providing resources to improve socioeconomic status by harnessing the power of Qualified Opportunity Zones. Through this process, we successfully align the interests of the community, businesses, investors, and government.
