* The update of Orlando’s Vision Zero Action Plan

On Monday, September 28, Mayor Dyer and City Council will hold the second, and final, budget hearing and adoption vote.

From clean water and trash removal to safe neighborhoods and reliable emergency response, local government touches every part of our day. The proposed balanced budget will maintain the City’s property tax millage rate for the 13th consecutive fiscal year, meaning the city will not increase its property tax rate. This year’s budget continues strong investments in essential city services including public safety, infrastructure such as sidewalks and streets, and amenities such as neighborhood centers, parks and playgrounds.

For us, the history of Lake Eola wouldn't be complete without mentioning Lee's Lakeside. The restaurant and Lee's Underground, a more causal bar located in the basement (now World of B**r & The Dust respectively), served customers for over 20yrs.
