Going back to 2020 when the City of Orlando 'Master Plan' for upgrades to Lake Eola Park was being created. At our meeting this week, Commissioner Patty Sheehan told us construction will soon begin on a walking path being added behind the Walt Disney Amphitheater along w new drainage and organic filtration systems to clean stormwater runoff before it enters the lake 👍💯

This map shows most of the multi-unit residences in the South Eola Neighborhood which overall has 1,200+ individual residential addresses, and an estimated 3,000+ residents 🤯 and growing!

Our neighborhood association was created in 2016 with Neighborhood Relations - City of Orlando to build community, promote safety, and give residents a collective voice when dealing with concerns. We've also held many social events which are a great way for all of us to meet our neighbors, and fosters community pride. We can't wait to see everyone at in October! 🎉

So while we celebrate our 10th year, we want to share the work we've done but also to hear from you, our fellow residents. We hope to see you at tomorrow's community meeting and please RSVP with the link below so we have enough pizza 😛🍕

Change is in the air. Yup, the end of using your spare change for parking 🤷‍♀️ We shared proposed changes back in April and signs are now up in the neighborhood. The city's switching to an all digital payment system. Questions about the change or other community concerns?
