We collect gently used nice men and women's business clothes to give to those starting over for jobs and job interviews.

Small gifts can make a huge difference. Sometimes our store does not have specific clothing sizes requested.

Your $10 or $15 gift helps us purchase shoes, pants, or tops when needed sizes are missing. This helps give those in transition receive new clothing as they prepare for their next step. 💚

We are looking for volunteers!

Your time helps someone take the next step. Gideon’s Closet is looking for compassionate volunteers to join us in serving people in transition throughout Central Florida. 💚

Volunteers will help sort and organize donated clothing for human trafficking survivors, domestic violence survivors, veterans, single parents, and people reentering society. ❤️

God can use your willing heart to restore dignity and to help open doors. If you would like to volunteer, please email [email protected]. Together, we can help our neighbors begin a new chapter! 💚

We have a HUGE request!

God is doing amazing things with Gideon's Closet, and we would love for you to be apart of it! ☺️

We need some tops, bottoms, and shoes that we currently do not have for some community members coming to get clothes. Would you be so kind to donate $10 or $15 to help us out so they have new clothes? ❤️

Also, God is moving in a BIG way! We are going mobile!! We received an in kind donation of a box truck!! But we need your help to get it running! This is our first phase of our mobile truck. We are asking our community partners if they would be willing to donate any amount, $5, $10, $20 to help get the truck running! We have put $300 in it, and we need another $1000 to get it running. The garage has been so kind discounting a lot of the work. 💚

If you know anyone that would be able or willing to help, if you can help us get the word out, it would mean so much. We cannot do this without help of our community. ❤️

On this day two years ago, we put up our first clothing rack for Gideon's Closet.💚

Looking back two years, God has done so much. We pray that others are seeing the love of Jesus through receiving these clothes. ❤

We did not know where we would be today, or what we would become, but God. Thank you to everyone who has helped us along the way. ❤

God is so good! We are honored to share the incredible impact your support created during the month of July! 💚

It is a privilege to serve as a bridge between your generosity and our neighbors who are working so hard to start a new chapter. Through your kindness, we were able to support: 11 Bags of clothes to All in One Community, 4 Bags of clothes to Dress for Success, 1 Neighbor helped from Christian HELP, 9 Bags to One Heart for Women and Children, and 1 Neighbor helped from Operation New Hope. ❤️

Every bag and every outfit represents a step toward a fresh start. Thank you for showing the love of Jesus through your contributions and for believing in the power of second chances. Gideon's Closet provides gently used clothes at no cost to help those reentering society or starting over. ❤️

We love sharing positive updates!

We got additional shelving we put together to put clothes on so they're not in bags on the ground. And someone donated a few plastic bins. How amazing is God?! ☺️

We are asking for a few monthly sponsors of $10 or $15 a month to help pay for our additional storage unit we had to get. We are so grateful for our community partner Morningstar Storage for donating a storage unit for a year AND giving us a great deal gor a second storage unit, but we need monthly sponsors to help pay for the unit. Anything helps. We are tax deductible. 💚
