We are a non-profit Organization recognized as exempt under Section 501(c)(3). Jenny Mena Silviano (founder) and Candice Genua (co-founder) met while their children were battling childhood cancer. They always knew they wanted to do something to advocate and be the voice for their children and all the children battling cancer. The movement and challenge was such a success that the decision was m

ade to continue to bring awareness but more importantly to raise funds for much needed underfunded childhood cancer research. Our Organization is formed by Mothers of children battling some form of childhood cancer, We are ready to "whip childhood cancer out of the globe!"

💛🎗️ We are incredibly grateful to Big Nova Foundation for awarding Whipping Childhood Cancer a grant for the second year in a row!

Their generosity and belief in our mission continue to make a meaningful impact on the families we serve. Because of their support, we are able to assist an average of 2–3 families each month through our Travel Grant Program, helping offset the costs of travel, groceries, and transportation while their children receive life-saving cancer treatments.

Every gift card provided represents hope, relief, and a reminder that these families are not walking this journey alone.

Thank you, Big Nova Foundation, for believing in our mission and helping us make a difference one gift card at a time. Together, we are bringing comfort, support, and hope to families battling childhood cancer.

At Whipping Childhood Cancer, our Travel Grant Program has always been about easing the burden for families traveling to treatments, appointments, and hospital stays.
Now, we’re taking it a step further.
We’re proud to share that we are now providing Uber gift cards to the families we serve because we know not every journey is made in your own car.
From long hospital days to unexpected appointments, transportation should never be an added stress.
One gift card at a time, we continue to help families focus on what truly matters l…their child.

We’re so excited to share that we’ve added Uber gift cards to our Travel Grant Program at Whipping Childhood Cancer.
What many don’t see is the constant back-and-forth, hospital visits, treatments, follow-ups, sometimes even out-of-state trips. The driving never really stops… and neither do the expenses.
These Uber gift cards will help ease that burden, giving families one less thing to worry about during an already overwhelming journey.

Three girls.
One diagnosis that tried to steal their childhood.
One bond that cancer could never break.
They didn’t choose this battle, but they chose each other.
Through hospital rooms, chemo days, fear, tears, and endless uncertainty… they found laughter. They found strength. They found sisterhood.
Cancer may have brought them together, but love is what kept them connected.
Watching them now smiling, thriving, standing side by side is proof that the hardest chapters can create the most unbreakable friendships.
This is more than survival.
