The Rochambeau Rebels are incredibly honored to announce that we have been named Recreational/Youth Program of the Year by the Cheer Awards!

This award belongs to every athlete who gave their all, every coach who poured their heart into this program, every parent who supported our teams, our Parks and Rec team and every member of our amazing Rebels family. Your dedication, sportsmanship, and passion are what make this program so special.

From our youngest cheerleaders to our senior athletes, we are proud to provide a positive, welcoming environment where athletes build confidence, friendships, and skills that last a lifetime.

Coach Jamie and Coach Amy flew all the way to Orlando to accept this tremendous award and we could not be prouder.

Thank you to everyone who voted, cheered us on, and believed in the Rebels. Your support made this possible!

Happy 301st Birthday to our namesake, Jean-Baptiste Donatien de Vimeur, comte de Rochambeau! In 1781, at the height of the American Revolution, General Rochambeau crossed from Newtown into Southbury and even encamped with his troops right in Middlebury. The Rochambeau Rebels pay tribute to this incredible history that ties our greater community together and honor the determined spirit of those who paved the way for future generations! 🎉♥️🤍💙🎉
