💃 Dance is for everyone 🩰

For adult student Lori Aach, returning to ballet in her early 50s has brought joy, connection, and a sense of community.

Over the years, Lori has grown stronger in both body and spirit. The now 61-year-old is grateful for the challenging adult classes offered at Central Florida Ballet, and the instructors who encourage everyone to find their own interpretation of the choreography and music while also keeping proper technique at the forefront.

Our adult program welcomes dancers of all ages and experience levels, proving that it’s never too late to discover (or rediscover) a love of dance.
