Last Thursday, we hosted our inaugural Summer Jobs & Career Exploration Fair—and let’s just say, our mentees didn’t just show up… they showed out.Because preparation and practice make purpose possible.At Man Up Mentoring, we invest in these young men long before they ever step into a room full of professionals. What an incredible day of growth, preparation, and purpose at our Interview Prep Session—held in anticipation of our inaugural 2025 Job & Career Exploration Fair. This wasn’t just practice. This was transformation in motion.Our mentees walked in ready to learn—and walked out with sharpened skills, strong handshakes, powerful eye contact, and a new level of confidence that left every single interviewer impressed and inspired.We are so proud of them. Back in January, we launched our brand new 12-week Construction Certification Course in partnership with AMIKids—a major step forward in equipping our young men with real-world vocational and workforce skills.Through this hands-on program, our mentees are not only learning the fundamentals of construction but are also earning a certification that sets them up for success in the industry.
