is hiring our Donor Service Program Associate.
This team member will work closely with the Director of Donor Services to:
⌨ Respond to inquiries about milk donation via text, email, and telephone.
🤝 Facilitate the potential donor's progress throughout the onboarding process.
📚 Educate donors about MMBFL policy and HMBANA national safety standards, in accordance with HIPAA regulations (on-the-job training).
🗨 Communicate with Health Care Provider office staff regarding donor screening needs.
🗄 Maintain accurate, ongoing, and organized documentation.
The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for maternal-child health in general, and breastfeeding specifically.
LPN or lactation consultant preferred.
