Our hearts are heavy knowing that so many of you are once again hearing flood warnings, watching the skies, and facing fears no community should have to endure twice.

You have already lost so much. You have carried unimaginable heartache, shown extraordinary strength, and fought every day to rebuild your lives.

We wish we could wrap our arms around every single one of you tonight.

Please know that you are not forgotten. You are loved, you are prayed for, and there are people far beyond those beautiful mountains who care deeply about you.

We are praying for the rain to ease, the waters to stay within their banks, and every family and first responder to remain safe.

May God place His protective hands over every home, every family, and every soul in Western North Carolina tonight.
