Chloe's Law, Inc. “Chloe’s Law” requiring that guardrails/protective barriers be placed around roadways along bodies of water that pose a threat to drivers and passengers.

This official Florida non-profit organization is to be an ongoing support in promoting public awareness for proposed bill FS 335.085 aka “Chloe’s Law” requiring that guardrails or protective barriers be placed around all roadways alongside bodies of water that can pose a potential threat to our drivers. This is being done in memory of Chloe Nicole Arenas who tragically lost her life 6/28/15 when

she lost control of her car; the vehicle submerged in a nearby retention pond and she drowned. It is the intent of this organization to promote public awareness on the dangers of this issue statewide.
