Dreamflight USA Dreamflight USA was established to help support Dreamflight by supplying weekly and daily volunteers Dreamflight is not just a holiday.

Once a year, 192 deserving children from all over the UK, accompanied by a team of medical carers, board a chartered Boeing 747 and head to Florida to spend 10 magical days of fun and excitement. Many children could not undertake such a trip without the support of the army of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and non-medical volunteers who care for the children 24 hours a day. The children leave t

heir families behind giving them an opportunity to discover independence, confidence, and a whole new outlook on life. Often for the first time, these children realise that they are not alone, and they are not the odd one out. They see children around them who have also suffered, they gain perspective, and experience things they never thought possible. Dreamflight children have gone on to amazing achievements. In 2008, 8 of the returning Paralympians from Beijing, many of them medal-winning, had been Dreamflight children citing the trip as a turning point for them. Dreamflight, which has operated every year since 1987, believe that fun and joy are just as important as medical research and equipment - especially for children who perhaps can't wait long enough for the breakthrough they need or whose illnesses and treatments have brought pain, distress and disruption to their lives. Dreamflight does something that medicine can't. "Dreamflight has taught me a lot of things. During our Orlando trips, alongside our brilliant UK volunteers, we’re lucky enough to also be joined by some amazing American volunteers 🤩

Some join us for a day; others give up almost their entire holiday allowance to be with us for the whole trip - an enormous commitment. Each one brings something truly special to the experience 💙

We have had the most unbelievable 2 days here in Orlando. We experienced strong storms and 5 inches of rain Sunday evening but this did not dampen our spirits ☺️

Ian and Katie Poulter hosted 195 guests in their home Sunday evening followed by The Ian Poulter Charity Classic golf tournament at Lake Nona Golf & County Club on Monday.

We are absolutely delighted to announce that the 2025 Ian Poulter Charity Classic will be donating over 1.2 million dollars to Dreamflight.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Ian and Katie and your amazing team for coordinating and hosting such an incredible event. We would also like to thank Dreamflight founder Pat Pearce MBE and former Dreamflight VIC’s and Dreamflight ambassadors Liz Johnson and Aidan Healey for taking time out of their extremely busy schedules to fly over to Orlando to join us and share their Dreamflight stories with Ian and Katie’s guests.

Finally and most importantly we want to say a huge thank you to all of your guests who support and donate so generously to Dreamflight. Without you all Dreamflight would not be possible.
Your generous donations are going to change so many children’s lives and touch so many hearts in 2026 🇬🇧✈️🇺🇸❤️

"She is an amazing, inspirational young lady!” ⭐

On this year's Dreamflight trip to Orlando, one child in our Dolphin group was able to fully embrace the adventure, thanks to funding from DEBRA UK 💙

Living with epidermolysis bullosa (EB) means even everyday activities can be painful. A special dry suit meant that Kira was able to join her friends in the hotel pool, at the water parks, and even meet some real life dolphins! 🐬
