Hello everyone, this is an important announcement regarding Officer workshop, the election, and the split.

On April 29th we will be holding Officer Workshops at 7pm! Here, you’ll be able to hear about the duties each position entails as well as ask any questions you may have about any particular position.

These are the positions that’ll be available for election:
President
Vice President
Treasurer
Secretary
PR Director

We will be holding a meeting on May 1st at 7pm. This will entail an open discussion in regards to our recent split from Esports at UCF. Here members will be able to voice their opinions, questions or concerns on this situation, or anything in regards to the future of Gaming Knights.

We will also be accepting any nominations for the upcoming officer election during this meeting. Along with that, we will be giving out special awards to some of our outstanding members.

Elections will be held on May 8th at 7pm. This will be done via Zoom, so please fill out the form below if you’re interested in attending. This way we’ll be able to grant you the zoom role, which will gain you access to our election chat.

Please remember that ONLY dues paying members can run for Officer positions and/or vote during the upcoming election. If you’re not a dues paying member and you would like to run for an Officer position or vote, please contact our Vice President, Sebastian, on discord as soon as possible so you can pay your member dues. Dues will remain at $15, and will immediately go towards prizing.

Will be doing elections on Zoom May 8th

To fight back the quarantine blues, Gaming Knights will be hosting Board Game Night (04/11) and Party Game Night (4/12) this upcoming weekend! They'll both be starting at 7PM, so make sure to mark your calendars.

Board Game Night
For this particular event we'll be hosting several different tabletop games throughout the night. All of this will be done via Tabletop Simulator. The only games that won't require tabletop simulator will be Secret Hi**er and Coup. Feel free to fill out this form and tell us if you're interested, what games you're interested in playing, and maybe even suggest one or two for us to pick up!

Party Game Night
Unlike board game night, this event will only require one thing from you: yourself! So feel free to join us as we play some Jack Box, Skribbl.io, and more.

VGN, Gaming Knight's flagship event of the year, is back and rapidly approaching! Bring your PC's, consoles, board games, and more, to play games and have a great time throughout the day! There's going to be tournaments running at different times for LoL, Hearthstone, Rocket League and more as well as free play areas with Smash Ultimate, Just Dance, and other games!

This year we will be hosting it in the Pegasus Ballroom on Saturday, March 22nd from 12PM to 9:30PM. Anyone is welcome so bring your friends and family! We hope to see you there 👀

Our general meeting is 𝙉𝙀𝙓𝙏 𝙏𝙐𝙀𝙎𝘿𝘼𝙔 on March 17th in MSB Room 360 at 7PM. We will be going into more details on officer positions and VGN which will be the Saturday after the meeting.

We'll have have a ton of TVs and consoles set up for anyone to play as well as 🍕FREE PIZZA🍕!

We will have board games like Secret Hi**er available 👀👀

We will also be raffling off some STEAM GAME KEYS and TESPA GEAR throughout the event! 👀 ML

If you haven't already paid your dues, you will have the chance to pay them at the event. Dues are $15 and will give you access to not only this event, but also the banquet where you can vote in our upcoming elections!
