Some seniors leave an impact that feels bigger than the role they held, and Zariah is one of those people. ❤️
She recently shared with us what made her join the Youth Advisory Board, and it was because she wanted to get involved in something meaningful… something that aligned with her values and her heart for teens, especially around mental health. From day one, she showed up with intention, compassion, and a desire to make things better for others.
Her favorite part of being involved has been the meetings with her fellow board members. She said there was always a good time at meetings, and if you’ve ever been in the room with her, you know she brings warmth and connection wherever she goes.
After graduation, Zariah will be attending Florida State University to pursue Psychology, with plans to continue her education and become a neuropsychologist.
When we asked what makes this program special to her, she told us how much she’s grown since joining in February 2024, and how the board has become like a family. The meetings, the events, the lounges, the laughs, the love… all memories she’ll carry with her long after graduation.
Zariah, thank you for your heart, your leadership, and the way you’ve shown up for others. You’ve made a lasting impact on this program and on the teens who needed someone exactly like you. We’re so proud of you and so excited for everything ahead. ❤️✨
Join us this Friday from 5–9 PM for Senior Night and our End‑of‑Year Bash to help us celebrate Zariah and all of our incredible seniors!
