"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." — Helen Keller

Today's reminder: collaboration over competition, always. 🤝

September 5th is International Charity Day, but around here, every day counts. 🩷

For us, giving isn't about writing a check and walking away. It's about showing up, putting in the time, and being present for our community.

Join us in showing up for the Central Florida Community because even if everyone does a little bit, it will make a world of difference. 🌍

Youth Committee Spotlight 🌟

Meet Aarav Pattani, 14, a member of the BGOAM Youth Committee! Since his first meeting, Aarav has stayed fully immersed in the work, unafraid to speak up, share his insights, and act as a voice for other young boys in the room.

He's also curious about how the organization runs. During Garima Shah's Business 101 sessions, he listens closely, asks great questions, and comes back to the next meeting with new ideas to improve the youth committee.

And beyond all that, he can always be counted on to bring a smile to our faces, whether he means to or not. 😊

So glad to have you on the team, Aarav! 🩷

The Education Pillar is important to us because not every child is fortunate enough to have access to a proper education or the resources they need to succeed. 🩷

One of the ways we bring this to life is by partnering with other nonprofits to create backpacks and snack bags for kids who need them. 🎒

Through efforts like these, we get to give back to our community and help make sure students have the resources and support they need to succeed.

BGOAM x Hungerford Elementary Back to School Drive 🎒💛 This weekend, we came together to show up for our community, packing snack bags and backpacks so Hungerford Elementary students can start the school year feeling supported and ready. Thank you all for joining us, and we can't wait to see you at our next event! 🩷

Quote of the day 📚

"We must look to the children as a vehicle for bringing change to humanity." — Maria Montessori

Education is one of our core pillars, and here's why. Every kid we invest in today is tomorrow's change-maker. 🩷

Sneak peek round two 👀

This time, we're pulling back the curtain on the supply haul. Backpacks, pencils, notebooks, all the essentials getting ready for their big moment on Saturday.

A little glimpse before the big reveal. 🎒✏️

See you August 22. 📍Orlando

Joke of the Week 😂

Why don't oysters donate to charity?

Because they're shellfish. 🦪

(Unlike you, who's already got August 22 on the calendar. 😉)
