We are excited to announce a generous offer by The Charities of Hunter's Creek Inc host of the Hunter’s Creek Farmers Market to help our State Champion Hunter’s Creek soccer team raise funds for the team’s trip to the National Championships in Maryland!

The team is on their way to Maryland later this month to compete for a National Title and needs to raise a total of $2,000.

May 17th will be our final Hunter’s Creek Farmers Market before our summer hiatus.

As you know, we partner with the Big Red Bus and Second Harvest Food Bank at our markets. And while we take a summer break, the need for blood donations, and the demands on our local food pantrys will not be taking a break.

You are probably aware, we match the cash donations received at our Food Drive tent. To help meet the summer needs, we will be matching all cash donations up to $2,500. If we reach that goal, it will provide for 20,000 meals.

The need continues, and so, we are continuing our Food Drive in support of Second Harvest of Central Florida throughout 2026 and will dollar match all cash donations up to $500 per market.

To date, up to 300 lives have been saved thanks to blood donations made at our Hunter’s Creek Farmers Market

Have you ever considered donating blood and wondered, “Can I track my donation?”
Yes, you can!

With “My OneBlood Journey”, you can follow the amazing story that unfolds every time you donate!

To participate, all you need to do is “opt in” by providing an email address and/or a cellphone number. Then, once you donation is processed, you’ll receive an update telling you when are where your donation is heading.

In addition, recipients have the option of anonymously messaging their donor, so, you may even receive a ‘Thank you!” message from them!
