And another one has found their home! 🏡 Bo was a quirky boy when he came to us. With time, consistency, and proper introductions he began to flourish and thrive when paired with another older canine companion. At the age of 14 Nikki passed away recently leaving Bo by himself.

One of our volunteers brought their dog over to meet Bo. That dog was similar to Nikki in personality, strong, assertive, and a queen of her world. Bo his goofy unbothered self, happy to let his companion take charge. Bo now loving the life of once again being in a home with a canine companion and a human family that loves him.

In Harmony With Nature isn’t just a name. It represents our beliefs, our mission, and our purpose. It also extends beyond the animals that have been entrusted into our care. Today we witnessed this beautiful native black bear. 🐻

It was a pleasure to see this seemingly young bear pass through as volunteers watched from a respectful distance. We wish him/her well and safe travels!

This lovely smile is from our “Rey” of sunshine!☀️. This handsome middle age guy is one of the first wolfdogs new volunteers will be introduced to. He warms up quickly and as you can see loves attention.

Diego is looking great after visiting with Bark Park Road Grooming ! This handsome boy is available for adoption. He is good with other dogs, social, friendly, and a gentleman on leash. Huge shout out and thank you to Bark Park Road Grooming for helping us maintain the coats of some of our woolier coated animals!!

Meet Diego 🖤

📍 Orlando, FL

Diego is a 6-year-old, neutered Malamute/Husky mix who is up to date on all of his veterinary care and officially ready to find the forever family he’s been waiting for.

Despite everything he’s been through, Diego has the sweetest soul. Rescued from a criminal abuse case, he hasn’t let his past define him. Instead, we have learned that he’s an affectionate, gentle boy who never meets a stranger and would be happiest spending his days as your favorite couch potato.

✨ About Diego:

* 🐾 6-year-old Malamute/Husky mix
* Neutered and up to date on all vet care
* House trained
* Walks nicely on leash
* Enjoys the company of other dogs
* Friendly with everyone he meets
* Recently rocked his interview, enjoying the sights and sounds and social with everyone in a busy, stimulating environment.

Because we don’t know how Diego does with children or cats, we are looking for a home without either.

Diego has already survived more than any dog should have to. Now it’s his turn to experience what every dog deserves, a safe home, a soft bed, and a family who will love him for the rest of his life.
