The Love, Compassion, and Resolve Project, Inc. (The LCR Project) is a vital, innovative 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation dedicated to providing services to socially and economically disadvantaged individuals and families in Central Florida.

Established in 2013, The LCR Project has successfully provided over 200 individuals and families with much-needed resources and services and has proven to be a leader in responding to the needs of the underprivileged in their community. The organization's projects, implemented by founder La-Zondra C. Randolph, Esq., encourage members of the community to become self-sufficient and empower them to effect change. Supporting the development of self-confidence, healthful living, educational principles and character, the organization provides many individuals with a strong foundation for future success.

Since its inception, The LCR Project has partnered with the Orange County Fire Department, Orange County Public Schools, Commissioner Victoria Siplin, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated Youth Groups, New Image Youth Center, Experience Christian Center and other churches, among others. Our dedicated volunteers are also valuable partners in our projects.

Happy Mother's Day from The LCR Project!

Friday night was MAGICal!! Our founder, La-Zondra Randolph was recognized by the Orlando Magic as a Diversity Gamechanger! At the age of 8, she knew she wanted to be an attorney. She never grew up saying that she wanted to start a nonprofit. However, the Lord had other plans. Late 2013, He deposited The LCR Project into her spirit. It came into fruition in 2014. It has been a journey and a lot of hard work but it has been one of the most rewarding things she's ever done. She shared this recognition with every person/organization who has volunteered, shared a post, and made a donation. Thank you to our Board of Directors. We couldn't do it without you! Thank you for your heart for the community.

It's that time of year again! I'm so excited about The LCR Project's 7th Annual Holiday Sleigh Event. We've helped over 175 families over the years and it's been such blessing! We celebrated and honored the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. this weekend by giving back and serving others. We were able to give more furniture to 2 families. Thank you Sandra Fatmi-Hall for partnering with The LCR Project on this effort! You are truly a blessing!

Holiday Sleigh 2020 in the books! We were able to serve 12 families this year!

We donated 4 living room sets, 2 dining room sets, a bedroom set, mattresses, an armoire, car seats, other household items, and so much more!!!!
