Hi all this is John Buonpane, I created this site when I was on the board and at the time it was HOA sanctioned. It is not now, so anything you see on this site is neighbor opinions only. I am working on either getting the new board admin access to keep it sanctioned or I will change the details to make it a community opinion based site. Sorry for the confusion.

Hopefully this is the beginning of the traffic light installation. Looks very similar to what was done at the new signal before Daryl Carter Pkwy. Be patient- it took almost a year for them to complete that one. 🤞🤞

This event proudly supports the On Course Foundation, an organization committed to empowering disabled veterans through the game of golf. All profits from the tournament will be donated directly to the foundation, helping to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those who have served.

Hello Citrus Chase Neighbors. A lot of people have reached out to me about the paint colors. Tomorrow night Tuesday March 3rd at 6:30 pm is the monthly HOA meeting where the board will most likely vote on a color as they have the final say so please come if you have a concern about the paint color or the voting process. Last night there was a paint meeting and 10 neighbors came to discuss the colors and their concerns and it was a good turnout. . #4 got 2 more votes than #3 - please see previous post for colors.

Hi Citrus Chase neighbors. I’m on the paint committee and just wanted to let you know that the digital renderings on the voting portal don’t really look anything like the colors painted on the buildings. Please check out the two buildings where the same colors are painted. 8566 Pomelo Tree and 8246 Citrus Chase.

Hey Neighbors! Pat Cooke here. I have my 4000 PSI, pressure washer, and rotary cleaner, for a couple of weeks. I can do driveways, sidewalks, and front walkways. Average price is app. $125.

A neighbors pipes froze last night in Citrus Chase but we were able to get them working after using a heating pad and towels on main water pipe/shut off valve. Good idea to cover this pipe tonight and leave water on a slow drip in a bathroom sink. Stay warm everyone!

Hi Neighbors, does anyone recall the date of the meeting that was held at the Rosen Event Center on Apopka Vineland road regarding the county installing a traffic light at our entrance? I think it was 2017 or 2018? I am working on a Press Release to send to local TV outlets to put pressure on the county to install a traffic light. There are too many accidents with all the traffic now... Thank you.

Please do not put dog waste in someone else’s trash can, especially right after trash collection.
This causes the trash can to smell for days.
