Building stronger communities together.

Proud to have our President, Alfred Arzuaga, represent ONIC at the NeighborWorks Florida Collaborative Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C.

Grateful for the opportunity to connect with peers from NeighborWorks America organizations across the Southern region, and share insights with the staff of Senator Rick Scott and US Rep Darren Soto on the work beign done to strenghten communities through housing.

The Residences at Emerald Villas - Phase III is almost ready and now open for pre-leasing!

In partnership with Related Group 90 brand new affordable homes in Pine Hills are coming soon, with one, two, and three bedroom apartments for families earning 50%, 60%, and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

ONIC is proud to be one of several partners contributing to a development that will soon open doors to stability, opportunity, and community for families.
