My name is Matthew (Mo) Brabham. I am the founder of Arming Angels. My goal is to raise enough money to provide Fire and EMS personnel with Kevlar bullet proof vests starting with the highest risk areas. Our short term goal is to start with the Central Florida areas with the intent on becoming a Non-profit organization and sharing my vision across the United States.
