Hope everyone is surviving this cold winter spell we are going through.

Yes, it's that time of year that Tahitians and Polynesians alike wear socks with their slippahs. Bundle up and stay in doors.

What are some things culturally that you have done during this pandemic to keep yourself well?

Being so far from many of our natural resources it is hard to be able to practice many of our natural medicines. My family is full of Tahu'a raau and I try to maintain what I can using what I have.
One thing that has been a stable in my home for over 25 years is
Tahitian Noni! Natural and safe- and compared to picking it off the tree, this one tastes much better.

Mauruuru Dr. KING for all you laid forth for Minorities. We still have much work to do for our indigenous brothers and sisters who still suffer greatly to this day- but I am grateful to be able to share our cultural heritage here in America!
