Amma says “In this universe it is Love that binds everything together. Love is the very foundation, beauty, and fulfillment in life.” In the midst of a hard and trying time, AYUDH Orlando attempted to bring some love and happiness to families who are facing many challenges. We created ‘Winter Care Packages’ for struggling teen moms at local schools filled with non-perishable food items, baby essentials, a gift for the moms, and a heartfelt holiday card! We pray that peace, love, and joy spreads to all this holiday season. ❤️⛄️🕊

This Veterans Day weekend, Ayudh Orlando participated in a local watershed clean up in the attempt to reduce pollution and increase environmental sustainability. In servitude and love, Ayudh Orlando will make this month a month of thanks and giving!

Get ready for the first AYUDH SPRING RETREAT!!! The Ripple Effect 2019: Inquire Within- will be located at M.A. Center Atlanta on MARCH 15-17, 2019. This retreat is a youth introspective journey that will be defined through spiritual discussions, seva projects and fun team-building, leadership workshops. “Meditation is as precious as gold.” -Amma. A special thank you to Keshav Uncle and Manasa Aunty for teaching the IAM technique- Integrated Amrita Meditation- to the youths of Orlando. Starting the new year, we’ll be focusing on mental strength, overall well-being and being consistent in our meditation 🧘🏽‍♂️🧘🏽‍♀️

In the strive to take up Amma’s campaign for sanitation, nurturing nature and source reduction, AYUDH Orlando planted seedlings in decorated reused plastic bottles. These were sold along with handkerchiefs to inform and create awareness of reducing the use of paper towels. All proceeds will go to the Kerala Flood relief! Bhakti yoga and Karma yoga in action. 🌱💕

Namah Shivaya! We are blessed to have Br. Ramanandji come to Orlando to celebrate Amma's birthday satsang ! Join us on Saturday Oct. 6 at 10:30 am at Hindu University of America, where Br. Ramanandji will be conducting a spiritual talk, following with bhajans. Please spread the word and we hope you see you there!

In preparation for Amma’s birthday, we will be working on reducing plastic and growing green by planting in decorated plastic bottles. The saplings will be handed out on Amma’s birthday. This is just the start, stay tune for more to come!🎉🕊🎁🌱♻️
