Happy first day of school!

Today is a good day for our precious little girls and boys, as they find their way back to school despite the hard circumstances surrounding their lives.
They are well equipped and thoroughly prepared for a school year ahead, that will be filled with exciting opportunities, fun activities and successful results.

Our HOPE (Help Orphans Prepare for Education) program is an investment in children’s knowledge, which will pay the best interest, be their most powerful weapon, and most importantly, unlock the golden door of freedom.

The whole purpose of education is to turn mirrors into windows.

As they prepare for their first day back in school, our message to these courageous children is clear.

Remain focused.
Trust in your ability to thrive.
Believe in yourself.

Excellence Scolaire Bonateki 📚
10 years as a sponsor!

We are delighted and honored to renew our partnership with the “Excellence Scolaire Bonateki” for 10 consecutive years.
ESB is a yearly impactful event with a mission to empower and recognize the academic achievements of the youth of Bonateki, a small village in the city of Douala in Cameroon Africa.

Our commitment is to provide assistance to the orphaned children of that community, by awarding scholarships and distributing school supplies to them.

It’s so rewarding to see them thrive and grow into leaders of tomorrow.

Volunteers, you truly are the best!

It took a wonderful team of volunteers to put together our 2026 school supplies giveaway.
Long hours were required to organize and fill backpacks with books, notebooks, pens and pencils in pouches, rulers, erasers, calculators, drawing and coloring books and tools, etc…
Your patience and dedication did not go unnoticed.

Orphancared volunteers, may your heart always be filled with genuine love and compassion for children and families in need of help. Be abundantly blessed!

2026 school supplies giveaway 📚

Our annual school supplies giveaway provides an excellent opportunity to gather the children enrolled in our HOPE (Help Orphans Prepare for Education) program, reiterate the importance of education, and ensure they have the tools required for a successful school year.

On Sunday, August 29th, we distributed backpacks filled with essential school supplies, including books, notebooks, writing & coloring instruments, calculators, and other specific items requested by different schools. The excitement among the children was truly palpable.

Being orphaned or vulnerable should not prevent a child from accessing education. Through the HOPE program, our goal is to create opportunities where knowledge is attainable for all children requiring support.

As a new school year begins for our children on September 7th, 2026, we remain committed to this mission.

Back to school 2026

Children in Cameroon 🇨🇲 Africa will be going back to school on September 7th.
This weekend, we held our annual back-to-school supplies giveaway and ensured that every orphaned child enrolled in our HOPE PROGRAM, as well as many other children in need of support, received all necessary supplies for a successful school year.

Special thanks go to our 2026 official partners for believing in our mission and helping us make an impact in children’s lives.
