Spending quality time with the children enrolled in our programs is essential, as it allows us to dig deeper into their emotional and physical needs. These interactions help the children build trust with us, making it easier for them to communicate their fears and the tribulations they may be facing.

The heart of a child is pure, innocent, and full of wonder. It is our collective responsibility to support them and help them view the world with optimism and joy.

International Women’s Day

At Orphancared, we celebrate the courageous women giving birth at our Catherine Mbappou Maternity Pavilion.

Our WISH (Walk Infants Into Safety and Health) program provides well-being support for expectant young women who have faced tremendous challenges including but not limited to domestic violence, substance use and homelessness.

Since being founded in 2017, Orphancared has supported many women and their beautiful babies throughout their pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal period.

Happy International Women’s Day to those beautiful and fearless mothers.

Our Mission is Global!

W I S H Program at MMCH
W I S H 🟰 Walk Infants into Safety & Health

Miracle Mission Children’s Home, an Orphancared Supported Orphanage, is a small residential care facility for babies and toddlers aged 0-3 based in South Africa, and home to 15 children.

MMCH was added to our list of Orphancared Supported Orphanages on April 1st 2025, a very symbolic date for us. If you’ve been following our mission and activities, you know Orphancared was created on April 1st 2017, and Mrs Catherine M., the lady who is the inspirational figure of our organization, passed away on April 1st as well.

Our goal is to provide basic essentials to the babies and toddlers at MMCH.
Regine, our South Africa Orphan Care Godmother, just delivered Diapers, Wipes, Hygiene Essentials, Detergents and Fabric Softeners, Water, Milk, Rice, Cereals, etc...
We don’t just deliver food and Hygiene Supplies, we spend days caring for babies: feeding, reading books, changing diapers, playing, singing and dancing with them. Such a blessing !!!!

Babies and Children are gifts from God indeed. Our mission? Unwrapping those gifts and keeping them safe and healthy.

Look at how beautifully the babies born in our maternity pavilion are growing!

Sylvie and Cherifa benefited from our WISH Program (WISH 🟰 Walk Infants into Safety and Health), which offers free prenatal care, free childbirth, free postnatal care, a free layette, and a free training program for the young mothers.

Our baby girls Else Soraya and Else Catherine enjoyed Christmas with us. Such a blessing!
