Today, Children’s Smiling Hearts had the honor of delivering Christmas gifts to the incredible kids at Children’s Hospital in Orlando 🎁❤️

Seeing their smiles, strength, and joy reminded us what this season is truly about — hope, kindness, and showing up for one another. A huge thank you to everyone who donated and helped make this possible. Your generosity truly made a difference.

We’re also deeply grateful to the hospital staff for the love and care they give these children every single day. Together, we’re spreading smiles — one heart at a time. 🎄✨

Smiles Delivered! 💕
This April, Smiling Hearts Charity had the joy of delivering love, laughter, and care packages to the incredible children at AdventHealth Hospital in Orlando.

Each bundle was packed with heart, made to brighten a child’s day and remind them how loved they are. Seeing their smiles is the reason we do what we do!

Thank you to our volunteers and donors who make these special moments possible. Together, we’re spreading hope—one smile at a time.

🎄✨ Delivery day was a success! We had the honor of dropping off presents to the amazing children at cardiac ward for Christmas. Their smiles made it all worth it! To top it off, we even got to meet Santa himself! 🎅❤️

Another delivery to the hospital for those poor babies and children in cardiac ICU. We bring them comfort, love and care with peoples donations. Keep those blankets and gifts coming please we have a huge delivery to do for Christmas. Thank you everyone

The hospital was so grateful for this fabulous large delivery of blankets receiving blankets and books. Thank you everyone for giving so generously please keep thinking of us. These little ones need a love and care, and any donation is gratefully received.
