The Florida Department of Health in Orange County offers free school Immunizations for those 18 years and under at our Central Health Center Building #1, Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

For assistance, please call 407-858-1400.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

If you are a new patient, please complete the pre-registration appointment for immunization. Children must be present for immunization appointments, even when parent/guardian consider children is up-to-date on immunizations.

WHAT TO BRING

1. Records of previous immunizations. Records from other countries or states are considered valid.

2. Non-related adults accompanied 17 years old and younger must present a notarized letter signed by parent/guardian.

3. Valid ID for parent/guardian and children. Acceptable IDs: Birth certificate (only at first visit), Driver’s license, State issued identification card, Passport, and Military ID.

💙 MHCCF Representing at UCF’s Out of the Darkness Walk 💙

MHCCF members at the recent Out of the Darkness UCF Campus Walk. It was a powerful day of community, connection, and advocacy—coming together to raise awareness for su***de prevention and to show support for those affected by su***de and mental health challenges.

Events like this highlight the importance of our work as mental health professionals and how much our presence matters—not only to the students we serve but to the greater community that looks to us for hope and guidance.
