From Groves to Grid 🌳➡️🏙️

You’ve probably driven past Dover Shores Shopping Center a thousand times. But from polo grounds in the 1880s to a neighborhood shopping center built in 1958, there’s a whole lot of history hiding in this familiar corner.

💡 Fun fact: Dover Center’s original address wasn’t even on Curry Ford Road. Early records list it at 3217 Conway Road.

Now, as the property begins a new chapter, we’re looking back at how it all began.
