Flinn Flinn is a robot. He's kind and sensitive and helped people find what they are looking for.

Flinn reduces the time and cost to conduct a client intake for law firms, specifically for legal aid organizations whose financial resources are already stretched. To qualify for legal aid, people go through an intake process to verify their income and ensure that the organization provides assistance with that client’s legal issues. Flinn is a chatbot that uses conversational UI to ask questions r

egarding demographic, financial, and legal details. Flinn then uses this information to assign users to the correct legal aid organization for their legal problem and geographic location.
