As a parent, you either purchase the unwanted items, go door to door, or beg family members for a donation. Enough was enough! Elyria Christian School Cheer Team managed to make their drive a success during the pandemic. Their mini drive completed in 2020 helped to cover fees for 8 athletes and 2 coaches. Through the help of their community, local churches, and social media, the girls were able to raise over $1,000! ⁠Their hard work and dedication makes this a heartwarming .
