Central Florida HIV Planning Council The OSA consists of Brevard, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, and Orange counties.

The CFHPC is a community planning body that advises on the allocation of federal funds for Ryan White Parts A & B and provides HIV prevention planning.

It’s the community’s largest planning body responsible for planning HIV prevention and care services for the 3 million-plus residents in the Orlando Service Area (OSA).

Save the Date! The Central Florida HIV Planning Council's 2026 World AIDS Day event will be held on Tuesday, December 1st, 2026.

This year's theme is 45 Years Together: United & Unbreakable, in recognition of the 45 years that have passed since the first reported cases of what would become the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

Join us on Wednesday, July 29th at 6:00 PM for this month's Planning Council Business Meeting at Second Harvest Food Bank!

This meeting is comprised of updates based on all Planning Council business conducted within the current month. These meetings provide an opportunity for regular or full Council members to come together and make decisions as a planning body. Each meeting provides reports from each standing committee, the Ryan White Community Meeting, the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part A office, the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part B Lead Agency, the Florida Department of Health, and more. Meetings are open to the public and public comments are welcome by the community.
