PALS -Providing Autism Links & Support PALS is the nonprofit for UCF CARD constituents, aiding those with autism and related disabilities.

PALS exists to improve the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in Central Florida by fostering personal development, community inclusivity, and equitable opportunities through collaboration with community organizations. PALS (Providing Autism Links & Support) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to serving the autism community across Central Florida. Founded in 20

Swim PALS helps reduce the risk of wandering and drowning through parent training, custom safety planning, and 1:1 adaptive swim lessons tailored for children with autism.

Looking for a fun, hands-on way to connect, learn, and enjoy a healthy meal together? 🥗✨

Join PALS and friends for the Sunshine Spectrum Support Group at The Kitchen House! This session is specially designed for adults with autism (high support needs) and their parents to focus on family health, culinary skills, and community support.

Event Highlights:

🪴 Culinary Garden Tour & Prep: Adults explore the culinary garden and receive hands-on meal preparation education.

💬 Parent Connection: Dedicated time for parents to share resources and build peer support networks.

🍳 Shared Cooking & Lunch: Pair up with your young adult to cook a healthy meal component and sit down to eat together.
