Lake Nona Families,

Orange County Public Schools invites you to participate in the Fall 2026 Stakeholder Survey. You only need to take the survey once for each of your students’ schools.

We are asking you to answer a couple of questions about your satisfaction with your child’s school. The survey is anonymous, so no one will know how you answered. The survey is available in multiple languages via the ThoughtExchange platform.

STUDENTS put the “S” in PTSA! The Lake Nona High School PARENTS, TEACHERS and STUDENTS Association engages and empowers families and communities to advocate for all children through programs like Senior Scholarships, Department and Teacher Grants, Learn with Lions Tutoring Club, Staff Appreciation and more! We support these programs through our Fundraisers, which include Spirit Wear, Legacy Bricks and Spirit Nights. We also rely on Donations from our Community.

In an effort to increase PTSA Student Memberships and Involvement, during the month of October, LNHS PTSA will be hosting a CLASS COMPETITION to see WHO WILL LEAD THE PACK? 🦁💙 Today, LNHS PTSA Celebrated HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH by providing a Latin-themed Lunch for our Amazing Teachers & Staff! We also recognized our Custodians for all they do to keep our school clean and safe! A very special THANK YOU to Arepa Burger, Bravo Market Nona,
and our Parent Volunteers for decorating, donating and serving! We couldn’t do it without your support! MUCHAS GRACIAS!

👗 Kari’s Kloset is in need of donations! Founded by Lake Nona High School Teacher, Kari Grimm, Kari’s Kloset is a dedicated onsite resource room, providing dresses, suits, business attire, formal wear and accessories for milestone events, like Homecoming, Prom, Graduation, Job Interviews and more, to assist our local students in need. The following is a list of items currently needed, but Kari is always accepting clothing and accessories…

* Flat Sheets (to cover clothing racks)
* Clothing Racks
* Pole Extension (5 feet long)
* Full Length Mirror (Received)
* Privacy Screen/Room Divider or Pop Up Dressing Room (Received)

🦁💙 Today is National Working Parents Day and LNHS PTSA provided a “Grab and Go” Breakfast for our busy Preschool Families! All leftover items were then donated to our Cub’s Cabinet. We love having our Little Lion Cubs on campus! 🦁💙

This is a great way to earn volunteer hours, while tutoring online, from the convenience of your home. You can set your own schedule and tutor as much as needed.
