This curious little ghost has been quietly waiting inside an abandoned Victorian house for 50 years. Now, he is finally ready to meet you and cause just a little Halloween mischief along the way.

Tomorrow, Little Sheet officially floats out into the world. 👻

This one feels different.

I’ve written leadership books. I’ve spent years on stages, in classrooms, and inside organizations talking about growth, people, and purpose.

But creating a children’s book with the incredible Britt Posso gave me the chance to make something playful, weird, sweet, a little spooky, and completely new.

Little Sheet and the Halloween Party launches TOMORROW, September 23.

And because apparently publishing a book wasn’t enough, we also built Little Sheet his own haunted little corner of the internet, complete with activities and Little Sheet and the Halloween Candy Hunt, a seven-level game with obstacles, bosses, and a high-score challenge.

Tomorrow, the doors to the haunted house officially open.

One of the most meaningful parts of this project has been working with the amazing Brittany Posso. She did not simply illustrate a story. She gave Little Sheet his personality, his expressions, and the visual world that made him feel real. I could not have imagined a better artist to help bring this little ghost to life.
