Opportunity should not depend on where ideas come from or who is given a chance.

At Jonathan's Landing Foundation, we are building environments where diverse perspectives lead, innovation grows, and adults with autism have access to real pathways for work and independence.

Kimberly McCarten, CEO, shares this vision in Inc. Magazine, highlighting the responsibility to rethink how organizations hire, build, and lead.

This is how we move the work forward.

Pass the Apron is more than a moment. It is a way to show what acceptance looks like in action.

This campaign helps create awareness and real support for adults with autism. Every video shared helps expand opportunity, connection, and long-term pathways through Jonathan's Landing Foundation.

Here is how you can take part:
• Record a video accepting the apron
• Nominate others to keep it going
• Tag Jonathans Landing Foundation and use

When you participate, you help move this mission forward.

Join in. Pass it on.

Thanks to Events with Jonathan, an organization dedicated to making sporting events more accessible to people with disabilities, some of our RAISE employees recently got to experience a Solar Bears game in a private suite! Thank you, Jonathan's Landing Foundation!

Did you know? Around 1 in 36 children are diagnosed with spectrum disorder, and many will grow up to bring incredible strengths and perspectives to our workforce. 💡

As we recognize , let’s talk about something that often goes unnoticed but has a huge impact: sound sensitivity.

For many individuals with autism, background noise isn’t just a distraction—it can be overwhelming and affect their ability to thrive at work. The good news? A few simple accommodations can make a world of difference. ⬆️

A truly inclusive workplace isn’t just about policies—it’s about awareness, action, and creating an environment where every individual can thrive. By embracing sensory-inclusive practices, we’re not just accommodating needs—we’re building a workplace that values and empowers all voices. 💪

Today is World Autism Awareness Day.
It is about acceptance.
It is about opportunity.
It is about what comes next.

Today, we celebrate the neurodivergent individuals who inspire us, challenge us, and remind us what it looks like to show up fully as yourself.
And we recommit to the work that makes that possible. 💙

Today marks the start of Autism Acceptance Month.

At Jonathans Landing Foundation, this is not a moment. It is our mission.

We exist to build what comes next for adults with autism.
Real opportunities to live, work, and grow with dignity and purpose.

Acceptance means more than awareness.
It means creating environments where people are supported, included, and given pathways that last a lifetime.

Why not change the world? That’s the question Jonathan’s Landing Foundation is asking. They launched Techtonic - a social enterprise – and partnered with the UCF CARD - Center for Autism and Related Disabilities to deliver workforce training. Together, we hosted mobile device repair training in our Rehabilitation Innovation Center, providing career pathways for adults with autism and other neurodiversity. Participants earn their first introductory level-micro-credential and are on the way to becoming technicians. Proud to be part of !

Events with Jonathan was built for moments like this. 💙

For families who have learned to skip live events because the noise is too loud, the crowds are too overwhelming, and it just doesn’t feel possible.

Jonathan’s favorite suite at the Kia Center is F34. When we asked him why, he said it’s quieter. There’s a bathroom inside. To him, it feels safer.

To date, more than 1,000 individuals have experienced live sports from these suite spaces — cheering, connecting, belonging in a space that feels safe.

To our suite donors: this kind of generosity isn’t transactional. It’s transformational. You’re creating access. You’re creating memories families didn’t think were possible.

And to the incredible organizations we serve through EWJ — thank you for partnering with us to break barriers in live sports and build spaces where everyone belongs.

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of , in partnership with SKS, Signature Kitchen Suite — a movement celebrating how cooking brings people together and how small, shared moments can create lasting impact. 🍳❤️

Inspired by the connection Jason and his son Jonathan found in the kitchen, challenges others to share their own moment of connection through cooking, capture it on video, and pass the apron forward to keep the chain—and the impact—going.

We hope you join us!

Meet Isaac and Antonio — Techtonic Works apprentices and peer instructors. 🔧📱

As apprentices, they’re continuing to build their mobile device repair skills, prepping for a Level 2 WISE Certification. As peer instructors, they’re sharing what they’ve learned, supporting others, and helping shape the next generation of technicians.

At Techtonic, learning is collaborative, growth is shared, and leadership training can start at any level. We’re proud to have Isaac and Antonio on the team and excited to watch their careers grow!
